2021 Lets Get Ready For Some Baseball!

Good morning YVNLL family! I wanted to thank everyone that has signed up online throughout the new website at www.YVNLL.org. Everything has been going very smoothly, we do ask that everyone prints the Medical Release, COVID waiver, and Parents Code of Conduct and bring it to your Manager at the first practice.

For those that are coming to the walk-up registration, Please print and fill out the Player Registration form, Medical Release form, COVID waiver, and Parents Code of Conduct. This will help keep the registration process going and get you out of there quicker. We will have these documents at registration for you if you need, and people there to help if you have questions. Make sure that you have your player's Birth Certificate and all the documents you need for residency verification. We will not be able to register your player if you do not bring the correct paperwork. We want to make this process as quick and easy as possible. Please remember that all Board Members helping with registration are all volunteers. We are here to help you. With that being said, we would appreciate some patience when it comes to walk-up registrations, sometimes it can take a few minutes longer to make sure everything is there.

There will be a separate table for parents to come and get any outstanding refunds that are due to you. We are sorry for the inconvenience, we were trying out a new electronic check system that ended up being a bust. With that being said, if you are due a refund please make sure you come by the refund table to take care of that. If there are any leftover refunds we will be reaching out to parents to get them in your hands.

For any managers and coaches that volunteered last Spring or Fall and still have equipment bags, we will be taking any bags you will not be using this year at sign-ups this weekend. We will be at the Snack Bar from 9am to noon on both Saturday and Sunday. Just swing by and drop it off with any of the Board Members available.

Try-outs will be held on Saturday, March 27th, and Sunday, March 28th. Times will be as follows: Farm from 0800 - 1000, Minors from 1030 - 1130, 50/70 from 1200-1300. make sure your player brings their own glove, bat, and batting helmet, I would also suggest a baseball hat and sunglasses. We will be posting this information on our website and on our Facebook. Thank you again for being a part of bringing baseball back to Yucaipa. We cannot wait to see all those smiling faces at the ball field. If anyone has any questions please do not hesitate to ask. See you all soon.
